Please note: allow us to make available to subsequent guests the rooms in conditions of maximum cleanliness and reception, doing check-out before 10.00 am. We remind you that the rooms are available on the day of arrival from 1.00 pm. Cancel a reservation or leave early is always a little troble, both for us. We therefore ask you to understand if, in case of early departure, the price of the room will be calculated for three days starting from the day of departure. Services that have not been used, especially meals, are not reimbursable. All inclusive and free services end at 10.00 am on departure day. Cash, checks, debit cards or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted for the balance of the stay. For those who prefer a bank transfer, we ask you to pay the balance three working days before departure from the hotel. 10% VAT included, Tourist tax (max 10 nights): € 1.50 per day per person; excluding minors 12 years.
Cancellation policy and reservations
The deposit will be fully refunded with cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. From 29 to 10 days in advance, the deposit can be used for future stays with the same characteristics and is to be agreed upon availability. From the 9th day before arrival is therefore considered a punishment. In case of constraints due to Covid or certified positivity, the deposit will be fully refunded.
