The whole team of the Hotel Promenade amazed us during our 2 week stay! The whole area and the beach are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The exquisite dishes and the wide choice of menus leave nothing to be desired. In particular, we would like to mention the exceptional friendliness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and accommodating. We felt very comfortable here. Thanks so much for everything!

Returned a few days after a wonderful 14 day vacation. A praise to Laura and Giorgio for the organization of the whole structure. Cleanliness and order of the room, rooms, swimming pool, pine forest, swimming in the sea, entertainment, absolute kindness on the part of all that we will remember with great affection. Naming everyone is impossible because you are so many, but the names are in our hearts.

Spending holidays at the Promenade Hotel is super fantastic, just like arriving and feeling at home. We start from the welcome with their super nice ways, always available to help you and always with a smile. Congratulations for the excellent and scrupulous cleanliness, feel every time you enter the room the smell of clean not at price. The Bar service, the Beach service is very excellent as is the animation of ChronosAnimation led by the great Tommaso, the excellence of Morena, the legendary Kiwi, Salvo and Antonino. In addition to the warm welcome of the Frignani Giorgio Family and his consort Laura , always ready with a smile and kindness to give useful information and advice. I forgot the compliments to the chef for all the dishes, to the whole kitchen and to the waiters Enis, Antonino and Ludovica always super nice .. This Hotel is really the TOP !! !! First time at this hotel, we immediately had the feeling of being at home, which was confirmed at the end of our week here. Excellent reception, owners and very kind staff and ready to meet the requests … great services, bike with child seats and helmets for children in an endless cycle path, swimming pool, clean private beach with free hot water showers, large and spotless rooms. A note of merit to the anination that has been able to be present, but not intrusive, all cute and always smiling and the baby dance and the shows have entertained everyone, small and large … we now 7 days after the start we sing still the songs …. thanks to everyone for making us feel at home and we hope to come back next year !!! we were here about ten fantastic days in July, it was our first time and we stayed divinely, my wife had tears in her eyes at the restart, surely next year we will return at least two weeks, GRazie of everything.

Great hotel – more than 3 stars +. Attentive staff and management, delicious dinner, very good wines, service in every way optimally, also small things, like well-functioning bicycles, parking roofed. Service beach included. Overall, very relaxing time.

It’s absolutely the best place where you can get together simplicity, friendship and tranquility for your family. What you need for your summer vacation…you have there! Nice rooms with sea view, excellent cooking, clean beach and useful pool in a green area. The service is efficient and kind. We spent 10 days extremely appreciated. Let’s take that as a suggestion…

Stupenda vacanza!!Hotel bello, comodo e tutti gentili! Con 3 bambini si ha sempre paura che qualcosa non vada bene invece i miei figli hanno pianto perché non volevano tornare a casa!!gli animatori bravissimi! ! Grazie di tutto torneremo il prima possibile!

Hotel davvero ottimo per chi ha bambini (non a caso é un family hotel) pulito, si vede che é stato recentemente rimodernato. Bella pineta per lasciare i bambini giocare. Piscina, ma si spera sempre di non doverla utilizzare preferendo la spiaggia e il mare. Partiamo dalla spiaggia: spazio vitale tra un ombrellone e l’altro molto buono. Spiaggia grande e spaziosa, mare pulito e fondale basso ideale per i bambini. Cabine spogliatoio,cabine per depositare giochi,area giochi, doccia calda e fredda e ombrellone + sdraio+lettino compresi nel soggiorno (spero di non aver dimenticato qualcosa).
Camere:spaziose, pulite ogni giorno e asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Belle luminose.
Colazione abbondante con sempre almeno 3 torte fatte in casa, brioches, ciambelle e mini krapfen sempre freschi. Frutta, cereali, yogurt, barman alla macchinetta del caffè per ogni richiesta. Colazione salata. E anche quí dimentico sicuramente qualcosa.
Pasti: gli antipasti sono a buffet e sono tanti,c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. La maggior parte sono piatti freddi ma c’è anche qualcosa di caldo.
I primi sono sempre 2 o 3, di carne,di pesce e verdura. Idem per i secondi.
Il dolce a volte é a buffet altre volte é al tavolo ma é alternativo alla frutta o al formaggio. La qualità del cibo é buona, ho notato soprattutto la carne. Sempre tenera e mai una suola di scarpe come spesso accade in altri posti.
Personale gentilissimo e super organizzato.
Insomma soddisfazione piena,sicuramente ho dimenticato molte cose ma l’hotel é ottimo.
Per non sembrare di parte adesso ecco i peli nell’uovo che sono più dei consigli:

1-Metterei comprese anche le bevande nella pensione oltre alla sola acqua (vino sfuso o birra o bibita).
2 -In altri hotel ho visto che ci sono degli animatori apposta che tengono i bambini più grandicelli a pranzo e cena in un area apposta della sala. Potrebbe essere un idea.
3- magari non l’ho vista ma sarebbe comodo per chi vuole sfruttare anche l’ultimo giorno una doccia dove poter usare il sapone e lo shampoo per lavarsi e uno spogliatoio adiacente per cambiarsi (anche questo l’ho visto in altri hotel ed é molto comodo).

Hôtel très convivial, nous avons en plus profité d’une chambre récemment rénovée avec vue sur mer. Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Les repas excellents, le personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Parking aisé, et emplacement de l’hôtel excellent. A recommander

We (two adult and one child) have stayed at Family Hotel Promenade two times. First time July 2007 and second time July 2009. It’s the perfect hotel for families with children in all ages. Both time we had full board, which is really good and a chance to taste a board variety of Italian food (inclusive specialities from Abruzzo). The kitchen is even recommend by Michelin. The staff (many of them is from the Frignani family) is very friendly. Many of the rooms have a fantastic view to the sea. The beach is wide and with very find sand – one of the best beaches we have been to in Italy.

We (two adults) booked at at last minute and arrived ad 8pm. Although very busy at the moment, we were in our room in 5 minutes. Nice and comfortable room, with balcony facing the sea and the mountain. The restaurant is very good, the beach service perfect. All the staff very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely go back.
